Let Ringer’s Roller Rink host your Outdoor Roller Skating Birthday Party! All roller skating birthday parties take place during regularly scheduled public session at our open air facility and include entry and quad rental roller skates.

Your roller skating birthday party booking will include use of your own open air “party room.” Your party space will have tables and seating for your group and is a separate area from the public session. Your booking will include your two-hour use of the reserved party area as well as entry for either 15 or 30 guests depending on your group size. There is no charge for quad roller skate rentals. Guests may always bring quads or inlines from home. We allowed outside food and beverage in your party area, but we do not allow ALCOHOL. All decorations must be setup and taken down during rental time.

RATES

Our party packages come in two sizes with both including 2-hour use of your outdoor party area and either 15 or 30 guest entries to public session and quad rentals.

$250 – 15 Guests and Party Area
$500 – 30 Guests and Party Area

All skaters of any age count in your party’s guest count. Minors who are paid participants at a party or session may have a maximum of one non-skating/non-paying adult chaperone in attendance.

Any additional adults or participants over the designated number of entries may be added on for $15/participant. All adults not accompanying minors must pay admission to the session or be counted in the parties total number.

You may purchase additional entries for the session through our online reservations or the host may bulk purchase more entries in a single purchase.

WHEN ARE BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES AVAILABLE?

Party room rentals are available during any public skate session. Our most popular time slots are Saturdays and Sundays in the early afternoon. Schedule is subject to change.

Friday 6:30-8:30p 90s Throwback Session
Saturday 1-3p, 4-6p Family Fun Session
Saturday 7-9p Hip Hop & R+B
Sunday 12-2p or 3-5p Family Fun Session

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY PARTY RESERVATION?

Entry to session and quad rental skates for all guests.
Reserved area separate from public session.
Three tables with black table clothes, six benches, and several sun shade umbrellas.
Winter parties after sunset include two patio heaters.
Outside food and beverage allowed, only in a reserved party area. NO ALCOHOL.

ARE THERE LARGER PARTY OPTIONS?

If your group is larger than 50 guests, we recommend opting for a private facility rental. A full private facility rental is best for accommodating larger groups and company parties. Your rental includes exclusive use our our outdoor facility for up to 100 guests, use of sound system, party lighting, selfie stations, rental skates and more for $750/hr for nights and weekends with a 2 hour minimum. Weekdays (Tu & Th before 4pm and Mo, We, Fr before 6p) available for $375/hr. Live DJs, skate instructors and other extras may be accommodated at an additional charge for your roller skating party.

STEP ONE

PICK YOUR DATE

Look over the calendar and pick a date or range of dates that could work for your celebrations. We have different offerings daily so it’s best to offer a few dates that could work for you and your group. We offer these type of parties at any of our Public Skate Sessions listed on our Daily Schedule.

STEP TWO

FILL OUT INQUIRY FORM BELOW

Now that you have a date in mind, we are ready to help you book your party! Fill out the details in the inquiry form below, we’ll check our calendar for availability and we will get back to you within 48 hours with the time slots we have that best suit your request.

STEP THREE

PAY ONLINE INVOICE

Once we have set aside the time and date that works best for you based on your request, we’ll email you an invoice that can be paid online at your earliest convenience. Parties cannot be confirmed until payment is made in full.

STEP FOUR

SIGN WAIVERS

All party guests must sign an online waiver. In your confirmation email, there will be a link and QR code. Send that link to all of your party guests to expedite your guest check in on event day.
