Raise money for your school organization with roller skating fundraisers at Ringer’s. It’s simple. Your guests will come to our rink and Skate to Donate to your organization. We kickback a portion of all sales from your fundraiser to your organization. These events have no out of pocket cost to you. Must have a 501c3 to host fundraisers at Ringer’s Roller Rink.
To create the best experience for your students, we recommended selecting a 3-hour window for your event. Not only are your raising money for your school, but you are creating an unforgettable event that will form lasting memories outside of the classroom.
ELIGILIBTY
Ringer’s Roller Rink hosts School Spirit Fundraisers for schools, youth sports teams, music and band boosters, and other parent, coach, or teacher-led organizations that support youth enrichment in San Diego.
SELECT A DATE
We are currently booking School Spirit nights on Wednesday, Thursday Friday or Sunday. Please select one or two dates that will work for your organization and have a point person from your school or PTA submit an inquiry below.
PROMOTION
Once your date is secured, it’s time to promote! This is the single biggest indicator if your fundraiser will be successful. Tell everyone to come out for your special event via social media, paper flyers, chat groups and school newsletters. They do not need to students at your school or members of your team to attend. Anyone who purchases a ticket from your link will count toward your “Skate to Donate” kickback.
“SKATE TO DONATE” REGISTRATION
We provide you with a special checkout item for your group. Guests must purchase online from your custom registration link in order to be part of the “Skate to Donate” kickback. For every admission purchased through your organization’s special registration, we will give $5 back to your organization. The more folks skate, the more we donate!
PUBLIC SKATE
Your event will be hosted during a public skate session with music bumping, everything from old school classics to modern hits. This event will cost you nothing out of pocket and is open to the public. All guest admissions using your registration link are eligible for the kickback.
PAYMENT
We payout fundraisers once per week. On the Monday following your fundraiser, we will send you an accounting how many attendees along with a digital payment. We cannot provide paper checks. We pay out for fundraisers via Venmo or Paypal only.
