At Ringer’s Roller Rink, we understand that unexpected events may arise, and we’re committed to making your experience as smooth as possible. While we generally operate on a rescheduling basis, we do offer refunds in some exceptional circumstances.  These terms apply only to skate parties during public session.  They do not apply to private facility buyouts.

Rescheduling Notice:

• If you need to reschedule your birthday party, please contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled event.

Special Exceptions for Full Refunds:

• Health or Emergency Situations: In cases of severe illness, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, a full refund may be issued upon review of your situation.

Weather:

• As an outdoor skating venue, we closely monitor weather conditions to prioritize the safety of our guests. While we strive to keep the rink open, we will never operate during unsafe conditions. Examples of unsafe conditions are lightning, any precipitation more than a very light or patchy drizzle, and high winds that can blow over fixtures on the property.
  • In these cases, we will offer you the option to reschedule your party or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

No-Show Policy:

• If you do not show up for your party without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and you will not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund. The full party fee will still apply.

Party Modifications:

• We understand that guest lists can change!

  • Additional skaters may be added on the day of your party and paid for by the party host at that time. Additional Classic skaters are $22 each, and additional Deluxe skaters are $40 each.

  • Your reserved party area is prepared based on the party size originally booked. If your guest count increases significantly, please contact us as soon as possible so we can confirm that your party area can comfortably accommodate your group.

  • For significant changes to your reservation, including changing your party time, package level, or party size, please contact us at least 72 hours before your event. Changes are subject to availability, and we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Adding individual skaters does not require 72 hours’ notice and may be handled on the day of your party, subject to venue capacity and availability.

Agreement:
By booking a birthday party at Ringer’s Roller Rink, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
